Types of processed data and purpose of processing
Multipartner, through its website, processes the following personal data communicated or legitimately found:
Browsing data
During their normal operation, the IT systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of the Internet communication protocols.
This category of data includes the "IP addresses or the domain names of the computers used by users who visit the website, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) format of the resources requested, the request time, the method used in submitting the request to the webserver, the dimensions of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the state of the response given by the webserver (success, error, etc...), and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and IT environment. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the website (ex. visited pages, number of visitors, etc.) and to check the correct operation of the Multipartner website.
Data provided voluntarily by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of name, surname, email address, telephone number, information contained on the site modules and other personal data provided are processed if questions are asked, information is requested or communications of various nature are transmitted.
Specific and concise information concerning personal data shall be cited or visualized in the web pages dedicated to particular services on request.
The personal data (in particular the email address) provided for requesting information or for sending communications may be used by Multipartner for users' registration to the company newsletter and the sending of commercial offers (promotional and marketing purpose). In no case will the collected data be communicated to third parties for the same purposes. The consent to the processing of personal data for promotional and marketing purposes is optional and does not prevent the possibility of using the requested information services. The Data Subject may at any time object to the processing by sending a request to the dedicated mailbox referred to in the paragraph "Rights of the Data Subject" of this statement.
Processing methods and data retention
Data processing is carried out in an automated and/or manual manner, with methods and instruments compliant with the security measures set out in the Regulation, by subjects specifically appointed by the Data Controller. These lasts, may carry out operations of collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction, guaranteeing the confidentiality and security of data as well as the accuracy, update and relevance of data in accordance with the stated purposes.
Therefore, personal data will be processed and stored in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, necessity, data minimization and limitation of the retention period, through the adoption of technical and organizational measures appropriate to the processing risk. Personal data shall be stored for the time required to achieve the purposes stated above or, in any case, compliant to the period set out by the law, or for a shorter period if the person involved withdraws his/her consent.
Rights of the Data Subject
According to articles 15 and following of the EU Regulation 2016/679 concerning the personal data processing, the Data Subject has the right to:
- access and request a copy;
- request rectification;
- request erasure;
- obtain restriction of processing;
- receive and transmit personal data to another Data Controller without hindrance, where technically feasible;
- object to processing.
